Hi there! Wow! great choones! Is there anything you don’t play? What inspired you to write Inshallah? I’ve got to get me one of these blogs for my songs……..Take it easy. Gwen
Good start guys – share your talent and have fun doing so
Welcome to the blogosphere…
Lovely lovely wordpress, good work good quality good embedded vids… I do like ‘Inshallah’, both the song and the word, which I use when life goes fubar and it’s convenient to hope it’s all in the grand masterplan…hey bobbie such a pity you don”t understand…you take me by the heart bobbie take me by the hand…ps don’t make light of luddism. It’s not easy to destroy a spinning jenny with a rolling pin…
THanks Gwen – I don’t play flute very well (although I’m having Sweigel Lessons here in Bavaria (a sort of wooden flute)) – I have a friend who’s brother was in Iraq for sometime trying to make something of the mess that it’s in – he wrote an article that inspired the song..
I wish I could spel virbations.. vribations…… vibaritions… damn it!!!!!
I like Angel. Good vid too, esp with the false start at the beginning – nice to see a bit of unsanitised personality!
You got any live dates coming up?
Larry the Lamb, aka Monsieur H – why do ya hide under yonder pseudonym? It does not suit your genius not one bit!
Dude, I was a Luddite until Japan chewed me up and spat me out, (I lived on a staple of books/kanji and miso soup – no telly or Interweb for 2.3 years). You were a Luddite at my interview and now look at you, all shiny and web 2.0 kiddo!
Cheers for the comments guys! Keep commenting on the audio – means a lot!
Big loves
Bobbalina x x x

Well I’m away in Bavaria until March working with musicians from around Europe (and Istanbul) – I think the rest of the troup were going to do something without me – I’ll be hooking up with some Euro musicians for a gig in Lorraine France on 29th March, and then there are a couple on the Fri & Sat following –
Otherwise we’re at the Dark Blue Boogaloo, Stourbridge 24th April and waiting for confirmation for a gig at the Hare and Hounds in Kings Heath, Bham on 14th May – If you occasionally visit http://www.myspace.com/gurdanthomas upcoming dates appear there first – or you could visit http://www.gurdanthomas.com and sign up for the mailing list (we’ll let you know of upcoming events..
